I had a very positive interaction with Chavez-Jessup GMC of Indio, CA. I was an out of state buyer and found a used truck via an internet search and bought it from Chavez-Jessup GMC without actually seeing the truck. I had never bought a vehicle via the internet and was leery of the process. Bryan White (General Manager), Matt Gawn (Sales Manager) and Michel De La Cerda Tapia (Finance Manager) were very friendly, informative, professional, and helpful to make the sale quick and easy. Bryan confirmed the truck was still available (I saw it online on Sunday but it was not online when I looked on Monday). Matt sent detailed photos and videos showing how clean the truck was, along with details on the few blemishes on the vehicle to aid my understanding of what I was buying. Matt also knew some of the truck history since it was originally sold at their dealership, and he had taken it back into the dealership, and also provided a CARFAX report which gave further historical details. Michel handled the financial, paperwork, and title aspects of the deal in a quick and efficient manner. I first contacted the dealership on a Monday and took delivery on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning Matt drove the truck and met me at the state border to complete the transaction, saving me about 3.5 hours round trip driving to/from the dealership. The truck was delivered with a full tank of gas when I took possession. My compliments to the detailing team at the dealership; the truck was cleaned and detailed beautifully and looked like a brand-new truck when I took possession even though the truck is about 8 years old. I am pleased with the truck and each of the Chavez-Jessup GMC dealership employees who made this possible.
