I brought my civic in here to be serviced a few weeks ago because I’ve been having troubles with the air conditioning. The service advisor told me that it could be upwards of 2 $2,000 just to fix the air conditioning. I knew right away that I didn’t want to spend anymore money on an old car and made the decision to test drive a brand new 2026 Honda CRV. I immediately fell in love with the car and knew I had to have it and we made it happen! Everyone and I mean everyone at this dealership was so pleasant to work with and made this experience so easy for me. I’m terrible at remembering names and I remember everyone who helped me during this process. So I’d like to give a huge thank you to everyone who made this such a fantastic customer experience: Curtis, Chris, Carlos, Crystal, Aaron, Alex, Ray. This is my third Honda and this experience reminded me of why I’ve always stuck with Honda. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the sale and I’m so incredibly appreciative of that. I LOVE my car and I am so happy that I made this purchase! I absolutely will be back when I’m ready to purchase another one ☺️
